Senior Product Manager - Customer/Digital Rewards - London My client is passionate about consumer propositions and when it comes to their digital Rewards product, they are keen to disrupt this market and provide a new and innovative solution.

As for the role itself, they are in need of a passionate product evangelist who has proven delivery experience within marketing/rewards, to help them understand how customers are engaging with their online Rewards in order to drive forward business insight. You'll work collaboratively with IT, Marketing, Product and Customer Support to ensure they remain true to their customer and business values and to drive the business forward.

You will need experience of working in a digital and customer facing environment and will have implemented effective marketing plans for a variety of products. You'll have experience of demonstrating your transferable product management skills and have the ability to deliver against the roadmap and operational effectiveness. You'll be familiar with bringing together both IT and Marketing teams to strengthen delivery and results for customers.

There are certain skills and attributes that will help propel you into success; you'll be known for your collaborative and influential abilities to effectively persuade in business challenges and apply your independent judgement with technical experts. Critically you'll provide and lead the direction of the roadmap with your stakeholders to ensure the business remains true to their promised delivery.

Coupled with this, you'll demonstrate strong motivation and drive, be innovative, personable, customer-focused and analytical with a strong focus on attention to detail and also have outstanding consumer understanding.
