We are now seeking to appoint an experienced Electronic Security Systems Engineer, for our Romford Branch, to support key sites in North and Central London.

This position is to work with our high profile clients, working on large projects across only a small number of sites. You will act as a main point of contact for customers and play a key role in the maintenance, service and small works installation of bespoke integrated electronic security systems, managing projects and leading a team of Engineers.

You will have previous experience of servicing security systems (CCTV, Intruder and Access Control), and hold current qualifications along with a full Driving Licence. You will also need to be well organised, committed to providing excellent customer service, able to work autonomously as well as part of a team and be computer literate.

Responsibilities will include attending & undertaking primarily maintenance, but also installation, of security systems at a range of customers, acting as a key point of contact for a number of customers by ensuring their security engineering needs are met, meeting predefined target times for periodic inspections, ensuring all paperwork/ electronic reporting to the service desk is carried out promptly and depending on the business needs, the Systems Engineer may also be occasionally required to participate in the installation and servicing of standard customer contracts, and partake in service call-out as necessary.
