  • You will plan, control and implement international IT projects (operative and strategic)
  • You will be responsible for the compliance of Service Level Agreements (SLA) within your projects, recognise optimisation requirements in processes/services and initiate the necessary steps
  • You will be the connection between customers and your employees (project team, technicians)

You already...

  • have experience in IT service management and dealing with customers
  • think and act like an entrepreneur with the ability to make decisions on your own
  • excellent English skills and you are willing to travel as and when required
