You will join a creative and innovative English department who are keen to inspire their students through their love of English. Many of the students that you will work with will be at that critical C/D grade borderline and under the guidance of this ambitious English department you will provide extra support to help students in order for them to achieve their very best possible GCSE outcome. English Teaching Assistants looking to apply for this position must have at least a 2.1 degree in English and a secure knowledge of both literature and language.

The schools have a proven track record of working with and developing graduates, giving them the required skills and experience to become future 'Outstanding' teachers! The majority of the schools we work with have teacher training programmes and use this vital experience 'foundation year' before starting teacher training the following academic year.
