The Company

Roanza Truck & Van was formed following the merger of Enza Motors and Road Range and is a franchised Mercedes-Benz dealer across the North-West and North Wales. They have dealerships at Warrington, Deeside, East Manchester, Liverpool, Stoke-on-Trent and Trafford Park making them ideally placed to offer their customers a one-stop shop for sales, service, maintenance and supply of parts.

Roanza Truck & Van have served the region for over thirty years under the Enza and Road Range names and have a broad base of loyal customers, including many household names. Their priority is to ensure that their customers are completely satisfied with the service they receive, whether buying a new or used Van or Truck or returning for Aftersales care.

The role

The Retail Sales manager will be responsible for supporting the retail sales team based at each of their dealerships with coaching and motivating them to provide a first class customer service across the business and where necessary visiting customers with them to help them finalise the offer.

Achieving optimal utilisation of the market, a high level of customer satisfaction and high yields for the department in accordance with the company management goals.

Co-ordinating and managing sales staff and representing Mercedes-Benz standards and Mercedes-Benz philosophy externally.

About You

You will have fantastic leadership skills, you will have 6 retail sales people reporting, therefore you will need to be flexible and able to manage the team remotely. You will be able to develop relationships effortlessly. You will have previous sales management experience either from within the truck industry or similar such as high value capital equipment.

You will have the desire to achieve the highest standard of personalised customer care commensurate with the Mercedes-Benz brand and the dealership reputation.

On Offer

Basic Salary of £35,000 OTE £70,000 plus.
