Type: Full time, Permanent KM Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a leading training provider, operating nationally within the WBL sector. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Marketing Manager based in the East Midlands. Duties Include: - Overall responsibility for the creation, implementation and driving forward of the marketing strategy and ultimately raise the profile of the business across the training industry / stakeholders. - Day to day management of a marketing assistant to ensure they meet targets and KPIs. - Create, implement and manage local and national marketing campaigns and social media strategies to support business growth aims and objectives. - Lead the strategy for SEO and PPC marketing campaigns including regularly reviewing keywords and the optimisation of the company website. - Implement effective multi channel marketing and promotional campaigns to attract new business / clients. - Design exciting and engaging marketing resources to be used across the company such as; Leaflets, Posters, Course Guides, Stories etc... - Manage the development of the company website, ensuring engaging content is regularly published and improving the user-experience of the site. - Create and promote engaging website / social content such as blogs, news, articles etc... - Create and manage an effective social media strategy for use across our clients various platforms. - Develop and manage relationships with external marketing agencies (such as PR and Design) and manage the information that is used in campaigns. - Monitor competitors to identify the latest marketing trends and implement into own marketing plans. - Review Analytical data to support with SEO activities / future marketing campaigns and to measure the ROI from website activities. - Produce regular reports on all marketing activities, marketing trends and customer reviews. Essential Criteria: - Hold a Degree in Marketing (preferred). - Experience of working within a Marketing Manager role for a Training Provider or College. - Experience of engaging with target audiences and creating effective campaigns across a variety of platforms. - Excellent understanding of online and offline marketing practices. - Proven experience of leading, creating and implementing marketing plans. - Knowledge of working with Google Analytics / Google Adwords. - Confident, friendly and professional manner. - Full, clean driving licence and own vehicle. - Must be flexible with travel.
