2nd/3rd Line Support Technician ? Shoreham by Sea

We are currently recruiting for a 2nd/3rdline Support Technician to support business clients. You will have strong experience of providing IT Technical Support ? A full Drivers Licence is needed as although this is an office based role, there will sometimes be a requirement to provide onsite support.

Role responsibilities include:

Providing outsourced support to clients for escalated incidents by telephone, email, remote connection and sometimes onsite

This role requires all of the following attributes:

Ideally a background in working for an IT Reseller/Outsourced Services provider

Friendly and positive attitude

Attention to detail

Drivers Licence

Comprehensive knowledge of: Active Directory Management, Windows 2008/2012 server, including Small Business server, wide range of Anti-virus Solutions, Firewalls, Reuters, Switches, backup solutions and Ofice 365

Working Hours:

Rotating shift system of 8am to 4.30pm, 9am to 5.30pm and 9.30am to 6pm

There will also be rota requirement for 24 x 7 support every 6-7 weeks for which overtime and bonuses will be paid

Salary and Benefits:

The basic salary for this full time role is up to £30,000 dependent on experience
