We are looking for the right candidate to join our Multiples Commercial team on a permanent basis, learning on the job, whilst completing a Business Admin Apprenticeship. This is the perfect opportunity for someone to kick start a great career opportunity.

You will participate in general administration duties including answering the phone. You will help to support our customer needs by assisting our commercial managers maintain their account getting involved in handling promotions, tenders, customer queries or site issues, IE shortfalls as well as product queries. Our ideal candidate will also be polite and friendly with previous work experience as an administrator or within an office environment although this is not essential, if you are keen to learn and pick things up quickly.

You will also get involved in data entry, inputting forecasts and monitoring reports advising the team of any anomalies as well as tracking invoices and booking hotels, ensuring the Commercial team have all the information they require at their fingertips.

Your excellent customer care skills will help you to build a rapport with the buying assistants and our supply chain as well as building good relationships with our production, planning and technical teams at our production sites. This is essential when it comes to communicating new promotions, specials, launches and any queries.

Ideally you will have knowledge of most Microsoft Office packages particularly excel and word. You will also have at least 5 GCSE?s grade A-C or equivalent, including Math's and English.
