1st / 2nd Line Support Technician / IT Technician / IT Support Engineer / IT Service Engineer / IT Service Desk Technician / Helpdesk Engineer / IT Support Technician / Support Technician / Technical Support / IT Support / IT Systems Engineer / IT Systems Support / Active Directory
1st / 2nd Line Support Technician required for initial 6 month contract to resolve issues on desktops and servers. The role will involve telephone, email, remote and f2f as well as general software and hardware support in Windows environment.
Duration: Initially 6 months
Rate: £18 per hour (Umbrella / LTD)
- Coordinating helpdesk queries
- Resolving basic hardware issues
- Administration of general IT activities, including documentation
