Person Specification - Physics Teaching Assistant
To be considered for this role you must have at least a 2:1 degree in Physics, and a real passion for working with young people, as well as a resilient and determined nature. Ideally you will have some experience of working with children or young people, however this is not essential.

You will have an induction period where lots of training will be provided. You will work with the class teachers and with students on a small group or 1:1 basis helping them to make the progress they need to reach their full potential.
