Learning Support Mentor
- Secondary Schools & Sixth Forms
- Walsall, easily accessible from surrounding areas
- Must hold a minimum of a 2:1 degree
- Core subject degrees preferable
- Ability to show passion and commitment to education
- Earn up to £300 per week
- Roles starting ASAP
- Trial Days currently being arranged
At i-teachers we work closely with Secondary Schools across the West Midlands and Birmingham area who are looking for talented graduates who wish to pursue a career in education, to support teachers in the classroom whilst gaining invaluable experience, support and potential training. We will support you every step of the way from coordinating trial days/interviews and preparing you to be the best you can in on the day.
In this role as a learning support assistant you should be able to work with a range of pupils from varied backgrounds and abilities. It is essential you have a 2.1 or above, preferably in a core subject. You will show a passion and commitment to education and be able to use your previous work and voluntary experience to transfer successfully into a school setting. You will be incredibly motivated to become a teacher and make the most of expanding your skills and knowledge on this incredibly valuable foundation year.
