You will report into the Senior Marketing Manager and be the brand guru for the European business. You?ll be responsible for working with franchise partners to influence and help create insight led consumer-centric calendars which will deliver key strategic objectives across 26 countries in the European region.
You are an expert on consumer trends and you?ll demonstrate leadership skills to ensure franchise partners are aligned on positioning and key brand challenges across the different regions through communication and by building relationships. You will have the ability to build brand power by guiding and inspiring high quality, creative and insight based advertising.
You will be a true brand promoter, a strategic thinker and excel at bringing people along on the brand journey with you. You will have worked in a fast-paced FMCG or franchise led organisation with a focus in e-commerce, ideally in the restaurant / food-to-go sector. You will be experienced in leading ATL, BTL and online and digital marketing plus have a background in leading cross functional projects. You will have the desire to progress into a senior role, be flexible to undertake European travel ? an additional language is also a plus!
The Brand Manager job is based in the Home Counties region and is paying £38,000 - £42,000 plus excellent benefits including company and performance bonus, pension, 25 days holiday increasing to 30 with length of service, social events and international career opportunities.
