My client a well respected company in central Leeds are looking for an experienced administrator to come on board and support their finance function. This is a new and exciting role to work for an expanding business that really rewards its staff. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and ideally have had exposure to accounts. This role can be either considered on a Full Time basis or a Part Time basis 9.30-3.30pm Monday to Friday. For the right person this role could develop into a more all round accountancy role in the future.

Your duties will include:

  • Fully supporting the accountant in all their administration
  • Full Administration
  • Ensuring accounts submission deadlines are met online ie VAT returns etc have been processed on-time by the accountant
  • Accuracy checking all documents before they leave the business
  • Data entry of client information
  • Analysing various accountancy information
  • Preparing various letters and documents
  • Photocopying and Filing
  • Demonstrating excellent attention to detail
  • Assisting with accounts where needed

Salary upto 20k fulltime ( if part time pro rata) inc benefits
