SERVICE DESK/ 1ST LINE SUPPORT/LEICESTER/£11-13 PER HOUR/ IMMEDIATE START
I am currently recruiting for a Service Desk / 1st Line Support Analyst to work for my client in Leicester.
You will be responsible for;
-Dealing with Access Management
- Following a work Instruction that utilises scripts to create New Starter computer accounts
- Also using similar work instructions completing Leaver and Transfer tasks using scripts
- Updating all related request calls in the incident management tool
Skills and Experience
-Proficiency in the task of Service Desk
-Service Desk software such as LANDesk
-Microsoft Office products
- Knowledge of ITIL and Service Desk experience
- Service management
This role will is a process driven role with full instructions, supervision and training provided.
