Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Marketing team at our Coalville site as a Marketing Manager.

As Marketing Manager you will lead and implement all aspects of marketing activity across the Office Channel, including driving brand awareness, creative copywriting and production of marketing collateral, both digital and print; contribution to the company's ever-evolving marketing strategy including but not limited to lead generation and nurturing, market segmentation, cross-selling and PR; event planning and delivery.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 3 years? experience of implementing marketing campaigns, a strong knowledge of digital and traditional marketing. You will be a self-starter with a hands-on approach, with an eagle eye for detail, along with bags of enthusiasm and willingness to learn.

Developing and implementing a clear and effective marketing plan in line with business objectives, making best use of internal and external resource as appropriate.
Engage with the sales teams and other support functions to effectively implement the activities, providing effective communication tools, training materials and other support as required.
Deliver marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters, brochures, etc. as well as a suite of assets that support the sales team (samples, customer reports, promotions, etc.)
Manage Antalis presence at internal & external events which will create and maintain engagement with customers, from defining priorities, preparing materials and samples to maximise sales opportunities and build brand awareness.
Perform support duties including but not limited to: database management, reporting and analytics and maintaining marketing materials.
Managing the marketing budget

Skills and Knowledge required:

3 years minimum experience as Marketing Manager
Knowledge of the marketing mix and effective multi-channel campaigns
Ideally will hold CIM qualification or equivalent
Desirable experience working with UK Retail Trade business.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Creativity and commercial awareness.
Proven ability to multitask and prioritize accordingly
Self-motivated with a determination to drive results, making it happen
Ownership and resilience
Customer focus
Attention to detail & high level of accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Extremely proficient in all Microsoft packages, especially Excel and Word.
