The Company

The Finance department, based in central Swindon is currently undertaking a large project to replace there accountancy system. The project is a joint project with the parent company in the US and involves working as a multi-national team to achieve the projects objectives. The role is to assist the project co-owner in managing the project team:liaising with key personnel in both the UK, US and India. The role is an 18month contract.

The Role

Job responsibilities:* To support project co-owner with administrative/ governance tasks required to manage/ monitor the project as a whole.* Support internal meetings/ US project meetings and documentation accordingly* Support local project team with completion and.or management of project requirements* Work with project management team in the us. You must:*Have previous exposure to project management*Be a self starter and have a positive attitude*Set high personal goals and strive for continual improvement*Maintain a flexible attitude to work and work in a multitasking dynamic environment*Be well organised and regularly work to deadlines ad under pressure*A good team player with a good sense of humour.

Salary & Benefits
