Temporary commercial finance role Guildford and Portsmouth
Your new company
You will be working for a well-established organisation to take on an operational finance role across 2 hospitals with a strong focus on inventory management and standard costing. This role will involve travel between Guildford and Portsmouth.
Your new role
You will be reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance UK and acting as a business partner to the Director and the management team. You will be taking responsibility for financial insight on all procedural and consultation costs; maintaining the costing systems; managing and reporting on all finance issues; ensuring costs are accurate, realistic and achievable; responsible for driving cost savings; working capital improvements from inventory, procedural, consultation and supply chain pathways.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previously worked as a finance manager, or worked within roles that have collectively given the exposure and the experience necessary to succeed in a commercial finance manager role. You will ideally be qualified ACCA/CIMA/Equivalent, have strong MS Excel skills, and embrace team culture through support, energy in role, solid communication.
