Operations and Supply Chain Manager
This is an exciting new opportunity, reporting directly into the Founding Managing Director, to join a company with big ambitions! The Operations and Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for managing and developing the operations, supply chain, warehousing and lean processes within the company. Supply / logistics knowledge along with operations experience and a proven ability to develop and improve standard processes is required.

A proven track record in the following:
*Logistics / Retail / Ecommerce experience at a senior level
*Management of optimum stock levels and supply consistent with agreed inventory parameters
*Development of lean processes to promote lower cost of sales and reduced stock levels.
*Management of picking / packing and ensuring on time goods delivery
*Ensuring a positive Health and Safety culture
*Managing Managers and senior team members
As Operations and Supply Chain Manager, you will ideally have experience and skills as follows:
*Experience of working within online shopping
*A keen interest and knowledge of the Christian market
*Passionate can do attitude
*Excellent communication skills; confident in articulating thoughts both verbally and written
*Genuine commercial awareness
*Ability to coach and mentor
*Structured way of working
*Lean, Continuous Improvement, Visual Management, Kaizen
*Strong negotiation skills
