Your new role
You will be their new Health and Social Care Assessor. You will be home-based and work remotely within Leicester, Northampton, and Peterborough. You will visit your caseload of learners in the work place, and remotely assess from home. You will use a variety of different methods including on-site work based assessments and ePortfolio work. You will help to embed functional skills within the scheme and support learners throughout their apprenticeship journey.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be qualified to assess with a D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA. You will be qualified to teach with a CTTLS, DTTLS, Certificate in Education, PGCE, or QTLS. You will hold your level 3 Health and Social Care qualification. You will have had experience assessing on Health and Social Care Apprenticeships and embedding Functional Skills.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of between £18,707 for trainees to £22,432 for experienced assessors. You will receive 30 days holiday plus stats (with option to purchase up to 5 more days), 45p mileage from home, childcare vouchers and free up-skilling on qualifications to further develop your career.
