Administrator/Receptionist

Distinction Salon / Hair & Beauty

To support the preparation of curriculum delivery, both with practical and technical assistance.

Salary: £17,188 - £17,539 pa pro rata
Contract: 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year
Start Date: As soon as possible


We are looking for administrator/receptionist to support the curriculum delivery of our Hair and Beauty courses.

Major Tasks:
1. Prepare and maintain resources required for curriculum delivery
2. Provide assistance to staff and students
3. Maintain equipment and resources within the Salon areas to professional industry standards
4. Manage clients and associated client based assessments

It is essential that you hold a Level 2 Business and Administration qualification (or be willing to work towards), along with English and Maths at Level 2.

A recognised qualification in Beauty Therapy, Complimentary Therapy, Hair or Media Make-Up is beneficial.

Previous experience of working with this industry is desirable.
