The job in a nutshell
This is a new, rare and exciting opportunity to join an ever evolving and highly successful People Team, which is highly respected in the business.
Reporting directly into the Talent Acquisition Manager the purpose of this role is to provide expertise in co-ordination and administration with some sourcing involved: following best practice and employment legislation, whilst ensuring the resourcing needs are met for both technical and non-technical roles.
What you will be doing
Candidate Management throughout recruitment process from initial contact all the way to onboarding
Effective use of ATS to ensure all talent is engaged and recorded accurately
Maintenance of the ATS, ensuring line managers are keeping the system and candidates up to date at all times, ensuring a world class candidate experience
Assisting Line Managers in the use of the ATS
Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager in advertising vacancies across a range of channels
Working with the Talent Acquisition Manager to attract and recruit Apprentices
Helping to source candidates for all roles across the organisation, screening candidate applications and recommending a shortlist of best fit candidates against business requirements
Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager to reduce agency spend
Helping to facilitate selection tests and assessments
Keep up-to-date in new recruitment and selection methods and technology
Provide administration on all recruitment matters including administration of psychometric tests
Produce monthly reporting for the Talent Acquisition Manager
What we expect from you
As a thriving successful company, we are very selective about whom we employ and our Recruitment Co-ordinator role is a key and important role within our Business. As a growing and performing business we can certainly help you fulfil your career aspirations.
We are looking for someone who has notable experience in co-ordination and administration. Direct sourcing experience will also be a benefit. You will have up-to-date knowledge on digital advertising, including social media. Experience of working on volume roles as well as diverse roles will be extremely advantageous.
Automotive experience is not essential in this role but an interest in the industry would be highly advantageous.
Some travel and overnight stays may be necessary occasionally, in particular during induction.
You will also need to hold a full UK Driving License
