We’re looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our team in our Nottingham Store Support Centre.
You'll provide efficient payroll administration for our stores, ensuring accurate and timely payment to all staff within our business.
The key duties and responsibilities are:
*Processing all statutory payments in line with prevailing legislation.
* Input of all payroll related payments, deductions and amendments to employee records.
* Independent weekly auditing in line with agreed audit procedure.
* To perform all necessary checks before calculating the payrolls for allocated regions.
* Distribution of post BACS outputs to include payslips, P45’s and monthly costing reports.
* To complete any ad hoc tasks as requested
* Be educated to GCSE level in Maths and English
* Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
* Have the ability to work to tight deadlines
* Be a team player
* Have good problem solving skills
* Have an administration background gained in a similar environment
Previous payroll and administration experience would be an advantage,
