Project Coordinator / Project Assistant

An uber organised Project Coordinator / Project Assistant with some experience or exposure to Learning & Development is needed to support the day-to-day running of an award winning change agency. They are now seeking a super passionate Project Coordinator / Project Assistant to join their talented team.

Working at the forefront of the business the Project Coordinator / Project Assistant will play a key role in the smooth running of the business and client projects. On a day-to-day basis expect to assist in the creation of client project plans, schedule and prepare for meetings, workshops and events, organise materials, manage documentation, track project finances and assist in anything else necessary to ensure this innovative, dynamic agency continues to deliver outstanding results to its clients.

To qualify. You should be an Project Coordinator / Project Assistant / Office Administrator / PA / Personal Assistant / Administrator / Administration Assistant / Office Admin or similar with a CV that demonstrates:

  • Experience in a similar fast paced project coordination / office management / administration role;
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Some experience / exposure or passion for Learning & Development;
  • You love putting the customer first and strive to deliver the best possible results;
  • The ability to multi-task across a number of differing and wide-ranging projects effectively and confidently;
  • You are a tenacious, highly driven individual looking for a dynamic role;
  • You are a self-starter capable of working on your own as well as being part of a much wider team.
