Our client is expanding their business to the North East and are looking for Telephone Researcher’s to join their team on a temporary Full-time basis for a minimum of 12 weeks to start work in October. No selling is involved so call centre experience is not required as training will be given.

Job Description:

To conduct market research interviews by telephone to obtain information from students and applicants who have recently completed or enrolled at college.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

•Conduct computer based interviews with a high degree of accuracy and integrity.

•Follow project specifications.

•Maintain company dialling standards.

•Exercise courtesy and professionalism to all respondents.

•Maintain confidentiality of all collected data.

•Ability to type/dial quickly

•Other duties as assigned by manager.

Education and/or Experience

•No prior experience or training.

Language Skills

•Ability to read and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. Ability to print and speak sentences.

Reasoning Ability

•Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
