Our client, a respected business in Hayes is looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk to cover a short term assignment.

Duties will include

  • Opening and distributing post
  • Coding and matching invoices
  • Input and subsequent filing of high volume invoices
  • E-mailing purchase ledger invoices to suppliers for payment authorisation
  • To assist the Purchase Ledger team with all areas of administration

This role will offer the successful candidate the chance to gain vital experience and the chance to work for a reputable business.
