About Our Client
An excellent opportunity has arisen within an industry leading Children's charity for an experience Finance Business Partner. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a large non-profit organisation delivering change and driving the business forward. Business partnering will be at a senior level and deal with both finance and non-finance people.

Job Responsibilities:
- Line managing 2
- Proving financial analysis and insight
- Managing and monitoring budgets
- Producing statutory accounts and Year End lead schedules
- A key financial support to directors and operational managers across all aspects of the charity
- Active participation in top-level financial decision making

Preferred Skills:
- Ability to analyse and intemperate key financial data
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Understanding and application of accounting concepts
- Excellent interpersonal, communications, influencing and negotiation skills to both finance and non-finance staff.

Personal Attributes:
- Qualified Accountant (CIPFA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Management and financial accounting experience
- Excel, word and financial accounting system experience
- Charity and/or Fundraising/Government or media sector experience (D)
- Substantial experience of providing budget management support to operational management
