Social Media Manager
My client, a dynamic youth-focused Not-for-Profit organisation based in London, is currently looking for a Social Media Manager for a permanent role. Reporting into the Head of Digital the post holder will oversee social media output and deliver excellent digital and creative work.
The business is growing rapidly and the Social Media Manager is an essential part of that growth. The successful candidates will be tasked with developing awareness, engagement with and support for the organisation. Content and engaging audiences through these channels are key to the continued profile growth for the organisation.
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for community management, building and developing social campaigns through a number of channels, creating engaging content and defining the organisations social strategy. The role will have two direct reports of two social media officers.
Ideal candidates will display:
- Substantial experience working in a social media role
- A proven track record in managing and growing online communities
- Experience managing a team
- Experience in delivering creative social campaigns
- An understanding and passion for youth culture
