Conveyancing Legal Secretary - Charminster
A well known law firm based in Dorset is seeking a new secretary to join its busy Residential Property department based within its Charminster office.
You will be providing secretarial support to the Conveyancing fee earners, working under pressure, prioritising the workload, opening & closing files along with,
- Telephone calls
- Arranging meetings, travel arrangements
- Audio & copy typing
The successful candidate will have previous Conveyancing experience and be familiar for the full conveyancing procedure from initial instruction to post completions. You will have an excellent telephone manner, able to type quickly and accurately, approximately 60wpm.
Training will be given on in-house systems however knowledge of case management systems would be an advantage.
The salary offered will be related to your knowledge and experience with Private Client matters.
