Filton Campus based (required to work cross-college)

Salary Range: £30,786 - £34,494 per annum
Contract Type: Permanent and Full-Time
Hours: 37 hours per week

The Teaching and Learning Improvement Manager will report to the Head of Quality and Performance, and will coordinate the work of the Teacher Development Team to secure delivery of the College's strategic plan through teaching and learning that supports student achievement at all levels, assures quality and standards, and is recognised by stakeholders as an area of excellence for the College.

With a detailed knowledge of current pedagogy and an ability to take accountability for progress against targets, the Teaching and Learning Improvement Manager will lead, promote and support developments in teaching, learning and assessment practices that sustain high quality outcomes.

In this capacity they will lead on coaching and mentoring in teaching and learning, monitor the quality of teaching and learning against internal and external metrics, and plan and track enhancement progress, leading and coordinating the contributions of the team in supporting change and development.
