Your new role
As Helpdesk Manager, you will strategically build and lead the FM help desk including the line management of its operators, processing financial payments and engaging stakeholders throughout my client's portfolio. Reporting into the UK Head of Facilities Management, you will assist in the continual development and progression of services delivered, KPI analysis, supporting technical teams with reactive and PPM information and oversee the CAFM system.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have prior helpdesk management experience, preferably within an FM capacity. Experience of working for tier 1 facilities contractor particularly in a fast paced environment would be hugely beneficial. You will be highly skilled in influencing, negotiating and have exceptional communication skills.
