Joining our client as a Planning Supervisor (Fixed term contract – 9 months), you will develop personal and team performance, providing coaching and guidance to a team of work planners to ensure adequate resources are deployed to meet the commitment of work priorities and demands of the responsive repairs service.
Managing the outstanding work queue in our in-house software Opti time to ensure all work is planned within target date meeting contractual agreement, you must manage the no access report and reasons for no access to ensure all attempts are made to reschedule work and support the management of the responsive/Voids repairs service by providing analysis and reporting information.
Attending meetings with Service Centre Managers and Site Supervisors with the aim of developing the Responsive/voids Repairs Service, you must ensure that correct Operative resourcing is deployed within the Responsive and Voids contracts and that suitable processes and procedures are in place for the Planning Teams.
With a full range of administration skills and experience of operating a computerised database (ideally Opti-Time), candidates must be able to use Microsoft Office software (in particular Outlook, Word, Excel and Access) and be capable of working to deadlines and communicating with both internal and external customers.A background gained within a social housing environment would be beneficial but is not essential, however, we do ask that candidates have experience of motivating, coaching and developing team members to achieve their full potential and enhance performance delivery.
