Job Description The company have an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Apprentice to join their team. The chosen candidate will be vital to the day-to-day IT operations in house and will be communicating with third parties and raising tickets for all out sourced IT. If you are Tech Savy and looking for the perfect opportunity to kick start your IT career whilst completing an IT Infrastructure Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship, then this is the role for you. Duties/ Responsibilities Starts with a 13-15 month Infrastructure Technician Level 3 apprenticeship consisting of training in small groups and work-based assessments. - Logging support tickets with third party companies such as - Atlas, Step to Step - Communicating with outsourced IT partners to help resolve issues in-house - Setting up laptops and log in details for new starters - Wiping laptops of all data if required - Visiting other sites if required to support with IT issues - Dealing with all in-house IT issues You'll gain an Infrastructure Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship qualification Desired Qualities - Enthusiastic about IT and Technology - Able to prioritize support work and other tasks - Able to work as part of a team and also on your own - Able to deliver consistently and to a high level of accuracy - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Desired qualification Minimum 5 GCSE Grades (C and above) or equivalent, including Maths and English. Other information Working week - Monday - Friday, 9am-5:30pm Benefits Pay increase and bonuses on performance reviewed throughout the year.
