Senior Desktop Support Engineer
£17.50 per hour (LTD / UMBRELLA)

A leading provider of IT services and solutions are currently looking for a Senior Desktop Support Engineer to join their expanding team at their prestigious offices in Bristol

The role consists of being able to work a 7.5 hour shift that covers 8am - 6pm daily to work alongside the existing support team. 1 shift will be working 08:00-16:30 and the other 09:30 - 18:00. You may have to alternate these in the event of sickness/leave

The successful engineer must have excellent customer service skills and soft skills as this is a customer facing role. The role is typically a 2nd Line level role supporting Windows operating systems, Hardware break fix and supporting iPhones onsite. There will also be a requirement to assist the end user with Rebuilds and Networking/connectivity issues.

With highly developed interpersonal skills, you'll have the ability to engage with customers and ensure that you provide a consistently positive customer experience. In addition, you'll have the ability to work effectively as part of a team and will be an enthusiastic and supportive colleague in an often-pressurised environment.
