- You should be willing to accept additional responsibilities and get involved in extra-curricular activities to ensure the students are fully supported both in and outside of the classroom
About the Biology Teaching Assistant Role
You will be joining the schools thriving Science department as their new graduate Biology Teaching Assistant. This Biology Teaching Assistant role will see you lead 1-1 and group sessions of targeted intervention for pupils that are struggling to reach their academic targets. As you develop in this Biology Teaching Assistant and your confidence grows, you will be taking on additional responsibilities which will include developing your own learning materials and maybe even delivering pre-planned lessons.
