A client of IntaPeople are looking for a Security Engineer to come on board and to help them, using their expertise, to develop their internal security technology. Working alongside infrastructure and engineering teams, the successful candidate will have a varied role; you'll get the chance to work on different internal projects, to lead investigations on the infrastructure, to help improve the security technology being used and to help make the wider company community more secure overall.

This particular role will be focussed on Endpoint Security, you will deliver security capabilities across the organisation; researching, implementing and advising on all endpoint products with a particular focus on preventing the dreaded' malware and data loss throughout the business. Have you done this before? Can you improve the compliance of endpoint security? Then we want to hear from you.

In order to be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate the following skillset and technological knowledge to a high level;
• A Cyber Security enthusiast do you read up on the latest ransomware attack? Have you got a home lab for honing your skills? Do you know which principles are best to mitigate against a certain attack?
• A solid level of experience with endpoint security controls across multiple platforms; Anti-Virus, Anti-Malware, Endpoint Detection & Response, Data Loss Prevention.
• A good level of experience with Windows, UNIX and Linux internals; you may be stronger on one rather than the other which is fine but a broad knowledge would be much better.
• Experience working with multiple endpoint security products (Microsoft, Sophos, Symantec etc) rather than focussing on one product.
• Ability to work proactively and with a good amount of flexibility; can you pick up new products and transfer your skills across multiple platforms?
• A certification (CompTIA Security+, SANS GIAC, CISSP, CISA, CISM etc) would be great, it shows you want to grow in your career but it's not essential.

If this sounds like a role you would be interested in then please get in touch. You may not have all of the above skills, you may have more, but it'd be great to hear from you and see where we can help you out in your job search.
