Employer Description The business is one of the UK's top 20 independent media planning and buying agencies. They build effective, integrated media campaigns for clients across their network of offices in London, Reigate, Manchester, Edinburgh and Bournemouth. Job Description The agency's display and social media department is experiencing rapid growth and as such, there is an opportunity to join the team of this highly successful, national media agency and become part of their ongoing success story. You will report into the Digital Account Manager, while working alongside a team of 7 other social and display specialists. Duties/ Responsibilities - To provide ongoing daily support for the digital team, in whatever guise that requires. - Setting up tracking for digital campaigns, when required - Daily budget and performance checks, flagging anomalies to your line manager - Creating excel reports to showcase results from digital media activity - Liaising with media owners to trouble-shoot issues or research for new ideas - Helping with the activation and ongoing management of paid social media campaigns. This will take up at least 50% off your overall day to day responsibilities Other duties include: - Liaising with media owners (e.g. Facebook, Twitter) on new activity and ensuring we are up to date with the latest beta tests. Creating proposals, including recommendations on budget weighting, target audience, and KPIs - Liaising with creative agencies to acquire creative assets - Considering innovative ways to boost campaign performance, for example, by testing different bid types or multivariate copy split testing - Creating post-campaign analyses for Account Managers and Directors Skills/requirements We are looking for a Digital Apprentice with either experience in or a keen interest to learn about all elements of digital media advertising from the paid aspects of this exciting media channel to the community and content side of social media A genuine passion for digital media and an analytical mind-set are essential Desired Qualifications The candidate will have at least 5 GCSE's including Maths and English with a passion to launch their career in Digital Marketing Other information Working week - Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm Benefits - Up to 4% private pension matched by the company - 20 days annual leave + 1 day extra for every calendar year worked (plus a few days off at Christmas - depending on workloads) - The opportunity to become a key player in a growing team - Summer & Christmas Parties - Team Outings Important Information "QA's apprenticeship programmes may be funded in part by the European Union through the European Social Fund, which supports the development of employment opportunities and a skilled workforce."
