For this SEN Teaching Assistant role, you must have a 2nd class degree of higher. This position is particularly suitable for those with a compassionate and understanding personality. The successful candidate for this role will be a graduate who has a genuine interest in SEN and have the desire to build considerably on the skills they already have.

This graduate SEN Teaching Assistant role will involve working with SEN students on a 1:1 basis and with small groups of students. The role will involve supporting teaching across all years assisting with the planning and preparation of lessons. As a SEN Teaching Assistant you will play an important role in the communication between the teachers, student and parents. You will be able to adapt yourself to deal with a multitude of situations, responding effectively.
