Service Desk Analyst, 1st Line Support Analyst required by out dynamic, specialist networking client based in the heart of Brighton.

This role would suit a support professional who has recently finished relevant education such as College, CompTIA, Pearson etc, or someone who has gained some commercial experience and is looking for the next step.

  • Be the 1st line of support for customer queries and issues
  • Working with the ticketing system to prioritise customer calls and support
  • Troubleshoot basic system and networking issues
  • Setting up new customers remotely and in their live environment
  • Demonstrating systems and services to new potential customers

Much of the technology for this role can be learned on the job, but good in-depth knowledge of Windows is fundamental. Additional experience of networking would be a great added bonus.

Overall we are looking for candidates with a great attitude, as that will win the day for our client. You much have exceptional communication skills and a customer service focus.
