Hardware Engineer **Exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join a leading technology Company as a Hardware Engineer** The Company - Hardware Engineer My client is renowned as a leader in their field of Electronics Engineering. They specialise in a range of services and solutions for government and corporate applications, holding prestigious accreditations worldwide. The Role - Hardware Engineer The ideal candidate will be expected to contribute to the design, development and test of hardware systems/subsystems on one or more projects. This will involve analysis of requirements, architecture, design, implementation, verification and manufacturing support. You will also interface with interdisciplinary teams including systems, firmware, and manufacturing. Key tasks will include: - Requirements derivation - Hardware electronic digital design - Power and reliability calculations - Component selection, addressing obsolescence issues - Writing design and test documentation - Performing hardware & system verification activities - Investigating hardware faults Your Background - Hardware Engineer To succeed in this exciting role, you must hold a degree in a relevant Engineering discipline and have experience of the full hardware development life-cycle. Engineering experience of microprocessors/FPGAs, power supplies, and schematic capture/PCB layout, as well as the use of test equipment, is highly desirable.
