Great opportunity to work in a dynamic recruitment consultancy in a Payroll/Finance 12 month maternity leave contract. Based in sleek offices near Liverpool Street working with a engaging and fast paced environment. Main responsibilities of the Payroll/Finance Officer:Processing of monthly payroll for contractors - Creating and sending client Invoices with relevant POs - Sending perm invoices, obtaining POs from clients - Payment and invoicing reconciliation after payroll - Weekly supplier payments - Monthly commission calculation based on contractors payroll/perm invoices - Expenses payment (payroll processed by external company) - Creation of monthly reports including analysis of expenses, expenses forecast, performance analysis The ideal Payroll/Finance Officer: - Previous experience in payroll and finance - Experience of calculation of commissions - Able to work in a stand alone role For more information please apply to Carolyn Beckford via the application button.
