Helpdesk Coordinator, Helpdesk Advisor - IT Walsall, West Midlands Up to £17,000 per annum My leading client is currently recruiting for an IT Service Desk Coordinator to join their rapidly growing IT Team based in Walsall. Reporting to the Service Desk Manager you will working within a busy IT help-desk environment, being the first port of call for customer calls, ensuring all tickets are logged, escalated and managed effectively. It's important to be successful in your application that you have extensive customer service experience within a help-desk environment, can work to agreed timescales/targets and can prioritise customer requests/escalations. Desirable knowledge would include basic understanding of Windows operating systems, desktop applications and ITSM tools.
