Service Desk Analyst - 3rd Line Support Salisbury A great opportunity for an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join a financial company that keeps on expanding with exciting projects making it a great time to join. This is a fantastic opportunity for the chosen Service Desk Analyst to work on a large scale automated deployment build out along with providing strong experience and responsibility to resolve complex incidents and problems predominately with Windows and Citrix platforms. Your responsibilities will include: + Providing 3rd line technical support + Support users remotely + Implementation of an automated build platform + Create, manage and evolve policies, processes and procedures.
