English Teaching Assistant Specification
We are looking for a proactive and passionate English Graduate to take on this role as an English Teaching Assistant. You will have a love for Language and Literature and want to spark the same enthusiasm in your students. This English Teaching Assistant will have strong academics having gained a 1st or 2:1 degree classification. Alongside your outstanding academic achievements, you will be an exceptional communicated, a real story teller, an engaging speaker.

About the Role
This English Teaching Assistant role will ask you to help students throughout the school. You will work closely with the English department to engage the students in their learning. This English Teaching Assistant role will require you to work 1:1 with students with individual learning needs, assist small groups of students and be a general support for the whole class. As an English Teaching Assistant, you will also provide continuous support for the class teacher, working alongside them to control classroom behaviour.
