IFS Application Support Analyst - Birmingham About Our Client Citrus Global are representing a large multinational end user, who are in the early stages of a significant program of change across their EMEA business. Part of this change will see our client investing heavily in a complete overhaul of their Infrastructure and core applications to support the rapid expansion of the business, including the planned acquisition of a smaller competitor. Job Description / Responsibilities Key responsibilities: - Support and maintain our clients IFS application landscape - Producing end user reports utilising Crystal reports writer and/or SQL and document improvements where possible - Act as the main point of contact for all IFS related issues, resolution of IFS support calls within agreed SLA's - Playing a lead role in the planned upgrade (H1-2018) - Promoting the IFS application across the business, driving adoption, monitoring performance. - System Administration, security profiles, user accounts The Successful Applicant Our client are looking for a proactive, customer service focused individual who is motivated by engaging in both BAU and project based activities around the IFS application. They offer a supportive environment and encourage internal promotion / upskilling, including investment into training and industry recognised certifications.
