Senior IT Helpdesk Analyst - Legal Experience Marcus Donald are currently recruiting for a Senior IT Helpdesk Analyst to join a prestigious law firm based in West London. You will be taking ownership of issues raised by all business users, analyse and diagnose while maintaining good communications through the resolution process. Responsibilities required for Senior IT Helpdesk Analyst: - Assist in roll-out of new systems - Set-up PCs and workstations to access network, servers and required software in accordance with agreed guidelines - Provide user support via phone, remote connection and desk-side visits - Basic network troubleshooting - Maintain records within call logging software - Report server and network faults - Install new software and servers Key Skills required for Senior IT Helpdesk Analyst: - 2-3 years` experience in Legal IT Support is essential - Windows 7 - iManage FileSite Document - BigHand - Citrix - Active Directory - MS Office Advantageous: Basic experience within SQL/Code scripting.
