JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an Lead Business Analyst - ambitious, bright and hardworking individual to join their team in Goteborg. The role is ?front to back` type - includes working with the business, Product Owner, developers and test specialists to deliver the solution. Accountability spans multiple areas: maintaining relationships with stakeholders, requirements elicitation and negotiation, critical evaluation and decomposition high-level information into details and collaborating with development team.

It truly is one of the key role in the project and the ideal candidate needs to be both great listener and great communicator who can cooperate effectively with both client and delivery side translating operational language into technical terminology.

The main responsibility will be to understand the real goal, distinguish true needs among all requirements, ability to prioritize them properly and estimate required effort - we are expecting extraordinary analytical and problem solving skills, out of box thinking and an experience with delivering high quality software products.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Business requirements elicitation;
Interpreting true business needs;
Business process modeling;
Creating simple prototypes and wireframes;
Gather, review, analyze, and trace requirements;
Translating, simplifying and communicating requirements;
Transforming high level epics into features, users` stories and use cases;
Creating and maintaining requirements specification documents;
Covering functional and non-functional requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

Good command of English;
Techniques for requirements gathering like focus groups, interviews, observation;
Basic database skills for simple queries, data description and analysis;
Basic wireframes/mockup skills;
Modeling skills - business process diagrams (BPMN/UML);
Agile documentation experiences: Vision, Epics, Stories, Use Cases;
Modeling tools experience: Enterprise Architect, Visio, Balsamiq;
Agile (Kanban, Scrum).
