We have an immediate opportunity to join of the UK's most reputable Training Providers The position, IT Assessor will receive an excellent salary of up to £30000, excellent holidays, pension scheme, laptop, mobile This is a new position and the location will be covering Southern England, including London, Hertfordshire and Berkshire. The role of the IT Assessor is based from Central London, with some flexibility to work from home. The IT NVQ Assessors will be mainly supporting Higher Apprenticeships Learners for ICT Professionals and will form part of the Apprenticeship Trailblazer Framework. The course is designed to meet the needs of candidates wishing to pursue their career in IT. The course will contain assessment within: Delivering IT training, Network engineering, Testing software, Software development , Data analysis and Infrastructure Technician - Level 3 and Level 4. As a IT NVQ Assessor you will be supporting a caseload of around 30 level 3 and level 4 ICT learners. We expect the role to include around 3 days travel and 1 day working from home for Admin etc. This is a permanent position and will involve working in various government departments. The role will involve a mixture of Assessing and supporting self study. Key Responsibilities: `` Identify and assess learners' needs and put in place robust learning plans, with realistic and challenging goals, that enable learners to understand their personal journey and realise their potential. `` Design and deliver inspiring training and coaching sessions to groups and individual learners. `` Actively support, mentor and motivate learners across the entire learner journey to help them with the timely completion of their learning aims and qualification. Contact will be varied and might include face to face, email, Skype, webinars etc. `` Observe, mark, assess and review work produced by learners to ensure it is of the appropriate standard to reflect the learner's qualification and meet the needs of the qualification. Provide insightful, constructive and informative feedback to help the learner maximize their potential. `` Proactively monitor, evaluate and improve the quality and effectiveness of own workload and working practices to ensure deadlines and targets are met and that the learner has an outstanding experience. `` Manage a caseload of Learners across sites.
