Job Description An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented apprentice to join the UK's leading manufacturer and supplier of orthopaedic products in the Health Sector. We are looking for an individual ready to develop their existing skills by working with the design team on a range of projects. The work demands creativity, a good knowledge of social media protocols, Adobe Creative Suite and a professional approach/understanding of the demands to briefs and deadlines. Duties/ Responsibilities - Organise Social Media - Designing print, web & marketing materials - Illustrations/diagrams and instructional graphics - Product photography - Email marketing - Video filming / editing / uploading - Assisting with all aspects of website management - Assisting with 3D Printing - Support the general administration within the team - Creating reports and assisting the Graphic Designers when required Skills/requirements - Excellent attitude to work - A team player who is willing to get stuck in and help - Someone with a creative background - Excellent attention to detail - Applicants should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable liaising with suppliers and company departments to meet all business requirements - Able to proofread text for grammatical errors Desired Qualifications - Someone with 5 standards (Level 1 - 3) OR 5 National Level 5 grades, both qualifications including Maths would be ideal - High standard of English, preferably Higher grade level but not essential Other information Working week - Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm Important Information "QA's apprenticeship programmes may be funded in part by the European Union through the European Social Fund, which supports the development of employment opportunities and a skilled workforce."
