Our client a leader within the Motor Claims space are currently seeking a Finance Executive to join their growing accounts team.
The purpose of the role is to deliver exceptional high standards of quality and productivity, ensuring that Month End deadlines are met. You will be processing financial data on a day to day basis in order to meet both financial and regulatory requirements.
Building relationships with all suppliers and customers is a key requirement in this role in order to ensure the delivery of high levels of customer service. You will also undertake administrative duties to support the smooth running of the finance department.
Excellent Communication - Verbal and written
Confident telephone techniques
Customer Service / Client Focus
Organisation Skills & the ability to be pro-active
Good/Excellent Microsoft Excel knowledge (macro knowledge would be advantageous)
Report Analysis would be advantageous
Knowledge of Purchase Ledger/Sales Ledger (dependent on level)
The ability to deal with daily banking/BACS requirements
Month End bank reconciliation, producing reports (dependent on level)
Preparing Month End Accruals - Sales
Knowledge of all other general financial administrative tasks
