Highams are currently recruiting on behalf of an award-winning software provider who specialises in sophisticated solutions to the Lloyd's and London insurance markets. Driven by their clients, managing agents, brokers, underwriter's and managing general agents, their products address ever-growing compliance and regulatory burdens enabling them to capture and manage data effectively. With a range of 5 platforms on the market, they are growing and looking to bring on board a tenacious, dynamic and driven Business Analyst who can develop into a Project Management role. The role will entail, but not limited to: - Gather requirements from the client - Produce requirements documents - Lightweight configuration - Participate in three amigos meetings (product owner/pm, developer, tester) - Work with the team to plan sprints - the team will have a scrum master - Act as client liaison - Produce project plan - Produce project status reports - Track progress against sprints - Feedback to the client on the effect of scope creep, additional features etc. *** Lloyd's/London insurance experience is a MUST *** You'll also be responsible for leading a team of 5 developers, so a technical background is essential. This role is ideal for a BA who wants to progress into project management in a nurturing environment and really showcase their abilities to deliver a project on time and to budget.
